Dude!

Wow, I set this up a few hours ago and I'm already getting attention! Big up to DJ Kev, Connie and the lovely Lilac for making the page seem more interesting from day 1!

I had my first exam of the year this morning - 2 hours of HRM that actually went pretty well. My only other exam is next friday so I've got a bit of time to start on my dissertation and begin my prep for the AIESEC UK elections (2 weeks! Shit!) - not sure exactly what to expect, so a little bit of everything is in order, I reckon. A bit part is the "Crystal Maze", which is supposed to be like a super AIESEC aptitude test or something. The candidate pack said that so many people knew what it involved that they changed it for this year, and I was like "Umm... yeah, I know... what goes on... in that thing..." (ie not a fucking clue), which is a sign of a strong start, I reckon.

Good point actually - was Crystal Maze ever on in America? If it wasn't then you really missed out - team of ordinary people in jumpsuits running around themed "zones", with one person at a time going into a puzzle room to try and get a crystal, while all the time a random blad guy shouted at them and played the harmonica. The show would end with them all in a big crystal jumping around, trying to grab gold tickets (BUT NOT SILVER) to try and win adventure holidays. I'm not making this up. Aah the childhood memories of the Future Zone... The Aztec Zone... Jumpsuits...

In an unrelated matter I went to see Team America tonight (not exactly highbrow entertainment but there were some moments that were absolutely hysterical) and ate my own weight in candy - not that that has anything to do with me going on about the Crystal Maze...
